How does the free trial work?
When you subscribe, you get 3 days of full access at no charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Your trial starts when you confirm the subscription in the App Store.
Can I switch between Annual and Monthly?
Yes. Go to your device's subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android). You can change your plan at any time and the new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, the app will prompt you to resubscribe. Your stories and settings are never deleted.
Is there a free version?
SpeakSync offers a 3-day free trial with every subscription plan. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the app.
Does my subscription work on all my devices?
Yes. Your subscription works across all your devices where you're signed in with the same account (Apple ID on iOS/Mac, Google account on Android).
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open SpeakSync on your new device and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. Your subscription will be recognised automatically if you're signed in with the same account.
